Our ranch hosts a robust commercial cattle operation with a focus on Red Angus commercial mamas. Prioritizing livestock well-being, we employ precise breeding and management strategies to produce high-quality cattle.

Cultivation of Various Crops:

During the growing seasons, our fields witness the cultivation of a variety of crops, mainly soybeans and winter wheat . Aligned with the diverse Oklahoma landscape, our agricultural practices incorporate modern techniques and remain attuned to industry innovations, ensuring optimal crop yields and quality.

Commercial Harvest of Native Oklahoma Soft Shell Pecans

Cottonwood River Ranch takes pride in the commercial harvest of native Oklahoma soft shell pecans. Our orchards receive meticulous care, resulting in a substantial yield of premium-quality pecans.

Cow/Calf Operation

Spanning over 2,000 acres of improved and native grass rangelands, our cow/calf operation flourishes.Mamas and babies graze on these expanses, we explore a technique of rotational grazing. This ensures our cattle are always in the freshest pastures and the grass gets the rest it needs.

Partnership with Certified Piedmontese

In our pursuit of excellence, Cottonwood River Ranch has strategically partnered with Certified Piedmontese, a reputable entity based in Nebraska. This collaboration has been a very exciting process and has taken our operation to the next level. Our operation meets all of standards and requirements to be approved as grass fed beef and organic. No antibiotics or animal by products are introduced into our herd.
