Melissa studied at Oklahoma State University and received a degree in finance. Upon graduation she began a career in finance and planning with American Airlines corporate. She spent over 10 years there and had great success. Upon, the untimely passing of her husband Gary Adams in 2017 she had to jump in running the business. Throughout the years Melissa has gracefully navigated the companies through uncharted waters. Melissa has successfully pulled off many new deals that have placed Cottonwood and her team in a primed position for years of success going forward.

For over 30 years, Pamella has been the executive assistant for the numerous different businesses that Gary Adams started.

Operations Manager
George is a recent graduate of the University of Tulsa. He majored in Energy Management. George handles the day-to-day operations, maintenance, scheduling, and marketing for Cottonwood and the entities.
Drilling and Production Supervisor TX
Ralph Berlingeri has worked in the oilfield industry since 1977. His career began in southeast Oklahoma investing in drilling programs. Ralph formed his own company in 1978 and drilled 86 wells in southeast Oklahoma. In 1999, Ralph met Gary Adams and they began working with CO2 Nitrogen injection for secondary recovery. In 2000, Gary Adams acquired the Masterson Red Cave field and Ralph reworked the gas gathering system on the existing field. From that time on Ralph has been the production and drilling supervisor of the West Texas field.
Drilling and Production Supervisor OK
William is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and has been working in oil fields since he was 16 years old. William was the production superintendent for International Energy over their Tonkawa production. He has had experience in all aspects of drilling and producing including both conventional and unconventional drilling.
Ranch Manager
Scott is a graduate at Oklahoma State University. He majored in Animal science. Scott has been in the cattle business for over 35 years and before joining Cottonwood was a ranch manager for Radcliff Farms, responsible for 2,000 mamas and 10,000 yearlings. Scott has been with Cottonwood for over 10 years.
